How long will it take to arrive?
Within Australia, Tasmania and New Zealand, delivery times vary between 3 - 5 days. Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday.
How will I know it has been sent?
We'll send you an email with the tracking number and shipping confirmation. If you like, you can also sign up for an alert in Facebook Messenger.
You can track your order via web tracking.
What if I don't like my order?
Just let us know within 14 days if you'd like to return your item. Returned items must be received back at our warehouse 14 days after you let us know. They must also be in a sellable condition (see below).
Items eligible for refunds or exchanges
All items need to be in a sellable condition. This means being new, unused and in original packaging.
We can only refund the amount paid. Sadly we are not able to refund any charges to ship the items back to us or the original shipping to you if you paid for this separately.
Returning an item - who pays the shipping costs
We'll pay to send you a replacement size or style but customers pay to return items to us.
If you're returning an item due to it being unwanted, the shipping costs for the item to reach our warehouse will be bourne by you. It's your responsibility to ensure the item gets back to us and we always recommend shipping it with tracking. This way, we can find it if it's lost or mis-placed.
Items shipped to you in error
If you are returning items to us which have been shipped to you in error, we'll gladly cover the shipping cost of those. This really doesn't happen very often, but when it does, we make it right quickly.
When can I expect to receive an eligible refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 calendar days of your item being processed in our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 days for items received in the warehouse to be processed and the return to be approved. From the day when your refund is processed, your bank may take up to 3 working days to credit the funds into your account.
